Seoul Fashion Week - Preview Look Book
Although most people know that New York, London, Milan, and Paris have fashion shows, most westerners are unaware that Seoul has one. It does, and it’s good. Although some may not agree with me, I believe the Seoul Fashion Week is underrated. I believe this because during fashion week, the designers present a lot of clothes which you can actually wear. It isn’t a contest of who can make the most outlandish garb which will give their brand the most attention.

What’s up, SeoulGrid? I heard from my friend that a lot of people came out and used the SeoulGrid guestlist at Club Answer last weekend — I hope you all had fun!
Hello everyone in the blogosphere and welcome to another episode of Club View with your host Jake. I trust that you have all recovered from Global Gathering, but then again if you have recovered then you didn’t nearly have as much fun as you should have.
My first experience with Electronic Dance Music was going to a huge outdoor rave when I was 13. I remember halfway through the night looking around me and noticing that there were thousands of people smiling, laughing, and dancing all to the same music, having a great time, both as individuals and as a collective group. When going clubbing it is easy to repeat the former feeling; however, the sense of collective experience is hardly ever felt. Many clubbers have different agendas: some go for the music, others just to get out, some to hook up, etc. It takes a special type of event or dj to bring the crowd together and unite them in a shared experience, or as it is commonly referred to, “a great vibe.” Global Gathering is an event that attempted to do that for Seoul, and although it did not entirely succeed, it still turned a Saturday into a shared experience that many will not forget.
What’s up, SeoulGrid! Since we stopped publishing our club guides, we’ve received a startling number of emails requesting that we bring them back. (It’s heart-warming, really, to find out you’re loved). So starting next week, we’re doing exactly that. Stay tuned!
